WDA Policies and Fees
August 10, 2026-June 15-2027
ALL tuition/fees/monies/registrations paid for any, and all events/camps/classes/workshops/activities are NON-REFUNDABLE
FAMILY DISCOUNT: TWO or more students 10% off monthly tuition (does not apply to registration or performance fees).
REGISTRATION FEE: $25.00 for the first child in a family and $10 each additional child.
TUITION IS DUE IN ADVANCE: Tuition is calculated on a monthly basis. All accounts will be charged on the 1st of each month. Declined cards require a resolution by the 10th to avoid a late fee of $15.00.
TUITION IS THE SAME EACH MONTH: Tuition is billed in 11 equal monthly installments August-June. Holidays, 3-week and 5-week months are all considered as ONE calendar month.
PAYMENT: All accounts must have a debit/credit card on file for our auto pay program. Families are automatically set up for automatic payments, but may choose to pay up front for the year with check or cash.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TUITION: Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons. Credit cannot be extended into the following month. You are paying to ensure your place in class. If classes are missed and not paid for, a student from the waiting list may take your place.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES: We ask for 14 days’ notice to discontinue monthly classes. Withdrawals should be done in person at the front desk, or by personally speaking with Kirsten or Serena. Teachers cannot authorize withdrawals. Any automatic payments will be discontinued after the 2 week’s notice. Non-attendance does NOT constitute a withdrawal, and is not an adequate reason for non-payment of tuition. Webb Dance Academy reserves the right to terminate any student if deemed necessary. Only in this case will a refund be issued.
ATTENDANCE: Regular and consistent attendance is encouraged. Progress and advancement can be measured by how consistently a student attends his/her class. Please email or call us as soon as possible if your student is going to miss class for any reason
MAKE-UP LESSONS: Make-ups are offered for illness or extended (two weeks or longer) vacations only. Shopping, birthday parties, forgotten lessons, etc. are not valid reasons for a make-up.
CLASS DRESS: We have a dress code for all classes. A copy can be obtained in the office.
RESCHEDULING, TEACHER AND CLASS SUBSTITUTION • WDA reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes. • WDA reserves the right to provide a substitute or replacement teacher as WDA may deem necessary. • WDA reserves the right to deliver class content via an online system in the event that classes are not able to be conducted live for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, teacher absence, or governmental advisory.
WINTER SHOWCASE & ANNUAL JUNE PRODUCTION
All dancers will automatically participate in our studio performances unless the office is notified otherwise. Performing is an important part of a dancer’s growth and gives families the opportunity to see their dancer’s progress throughout the season. However, participation in performances is not mandatory, and parents may choose to opt out by notifying the office in advance.
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE & COSTUME FEES
To help support our Winter Showcase and Annual June Production, Webb Dance Academy charges one combined annual Performance & Costume Fee. This fee helps cover costumes, theater rental, lighting, sound, production staffing, sets, props, and backstage expenses throughout the season.
Annual Fees:
• Creative Movement (3–5): $85
• Ages 6–9: $125
• Ages 10+: $165
• Company Dancers: varies depending on production needs and included in company fee schedule
PAYMENT TIMELINE
September 1
• $35 non-refundable deposit due with September tuition
November 1
• First payment due with November tuition
February 1
• Final payment due with February tuition
Families may also choose to pay the annual fee in full by September 1.
Performance fees are non-refundable after the costumes have been purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Students enrolling later in the season may be required to pay applicable performance and costume fees upon registration in order to participate in upcoming performances.
