BEGINNING TEEN/ADULT 13+This class is designed for teens and adults who are new to dance, starting later than their peers, or returning after time away. Whether you’ve always wanted to dance but never had the chance, or you’re ready to reconnect with movement in a supportive environment, this class is for you.
Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of ballet and jazz technique at a comfortable pace, focusing on proper alignment, coordination, musicality, and confidence. Classes emphasize learning in a positive, judgment-free space where questions are encouraged and progress is celebrated. No prior dance experience is required. This class is about building strength, flexibility, and confidence while rediscovering the joy of dance — at any age or stage. This class can be taken on an ongoing basis, or used as a supportive starting point for dancers who wish to build the technique and confidence needed to move into higher-level classes as they progress.
